Coconut Macaroon Cookie
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 ounce coconut rum, light
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
1/2 ounce crème de cacao, white variety
Toasted shredded coconut or mint for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail mixer glass with ice. Pour in all the ingredients except the garnish material; cover and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain the drink into a glass with a small amount of crushed ice. Garnish and serve immediately.
